Booking Tip! We’ve secured a limited special-rate room block at the Grand Hyatt Kauai, where all wedding festivities will take place, so you’ll never have to leave the resort 🍹🌴
The room block is available October 21–24, 2026 at our special group rate, but guests are welcome to choose any check-in and check-out dates. You can stay just for the wedding or turn it into a full vacation by arriving up to 7 days before or staying up to 7 days after (based on hotel availability).
If you experience any issues when booking, such as an error message or no availability showing, try adjusting your check-in or check-out dates by a day or two, or call the Grand Hyatt directly for assistance. If that doesn’t resolve it, please reach out to Michael or Brianne, as there have been occasional booking glitches that we can help fix quickly.
We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible, as we only have a limited number of rooms reserved at this rate. If additional rooms are needed, prices may increase. Lock in your stay sooner rather than later if you know you’ll be attending, you can always cancel later if needed (just follow the hotel’s cancellation policy).
If you’re considering other options, feel free to explore these suggested hotels or browse additional accommodations in the Poipu area. We recommend securing your room as soon as you know you’ll be attending, since rates can rise quickly and availability in our room block is limited.
Please use this (Link - Click Here) to book your room through our room block. Need an upgrade like a connecting room, extending your stay or something else that’s not showing up? No problem! Just reach out to us, and we’ll coordinate with the bookings manager to help make it happen.
The Sheraton Kauai Resort is just a 5-minute walk along the bluff from the Grand Hyatt, making it a super convenient option for your stay. Be sure to book directly through the Hilton website for the best rates!
Located in Poipu, just a 6-minute drive from the Grand Hyatt, Ko’oloa Landing Resort is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy Kauai. Be sure to book directly at Ko'oloa Landing Resort for the best rates!
Looking for a private stay? There are tons of hotels, houses, condos, and apartments available to rent on Airbnb, VRBO, and other rental sites. Whether you want ocean views, a jungle hideaway, or something in between, there’s a perfect spot waiting for you!
Download the app. Turo is a peer-to-peer car sharing platform, basically like Airbnb, but for cars. Instead of renting from a traditional rental company, you rent a car directly from someone who owns it.
If you’re planning to use Uber or Lyft while you’re here, just a little heads up, there aren’t a ton of drivers on the island, so rides might take a while. We recommend planning ahead so you’re not stuck waiting when you’re ready to hit the beach (or the dance floor)!
Taxis Need a ride? There are plenty of taxi companies on the island that are reliable and fairly priced! Some good options include Kauai Taxi Company, Kauai VIP Transportation, and 3 J’s Taxi Kauai. Give them a call and they’ll get you where you need to go, island style!
Hotel Shuttles Many hotels offer shuttle services that can take you to nearby beaches, restaurants, or wherever you need to be. Definitely check with your hotel, it’s an easy (and often free!) way to get around without any hassle. The Grand Hyatt has a free shuttle service (but it is advised to Tip!)
The Bus Kauai has a public bus system with super affordable fares. We haven’t used it ourselves, so we can’t personally vouch for it, but if you want to check it out, here’s the link to the schedule: Kauai Bus Schedule
Rental Cars Honestly, renting a car is the best way to explore all the hidden gems around the island. You can rent through traditional companies or go local by booking through Turo or even Craigslist. Having your own wheels gives you total freedom to explore waterfalls, beaches, and sunsets at your own pace.
